This week was awesome! Not a ton to report on, but we have just been working really hard!     We decided to go knock on Some doors this week when a lesson went through. One guy answered the door, and when we asked how he was doing, he said, "I was doing great until you showed up"     Another lady opened the door, and said, "We are not interested, we are Christians". I replied, "That's awesome, so are we!" She slammed the door shut and yelled, "No you're not!"     Needless to say, people are not the fondest of us out here hahaha. I'm loving it, all 115⁰ of it. I ran my first District Council this week, so that was fun.     The Love, Share, and Invite Devotional this weekend was so good! It showed how easy it is to just love people and include them in what we are doing!      I was also able to go on exchanges with one of our Zone Leaders, Elder Watson. He is hilarious and we got a ton of work done.     That's it for this wee...

It is very hot here! This last week it has been around 115⁰ everyday.     Training has been pretty fun. A few days ago I thought it would be good to build some character, so we went tracting door to door during the hottest part of the day! Luckily we both Survived.      This transfer is going to be a ton of work, training a new missionary, all while learning how to be a District Leader. I'm excited for the challenge though!     This week I was able to go to the Temple with our Recent Convert Lyle! It is so cool to see how far he has come. He was able to get baptized for his Grandpa so it was really cool!     We had some great Lessons with Gabby this week. She is so ready for Baptism, and we couldn't be happier for her.      Not a lot else to report this week. Hey everyone,     This week was wild but it was a great one. This is late because we have transfers this week. I will be training a new missionary that I will be meeting tomorrow morning!     Gabby, who we started teaching a week and a half ago, is on date to be baptized July 3rd! We are so excited for her, and she is so solid! She has definitely been prepared to receive the gospel!     So this week was really interesting for two reasons. The first one, was that we are teaching someone that leads worship at another church. He is a nice guy, but as soon as the lesson started he proceeded to bash us and our beliefs. It was a really interesting experience.     The Second one was that we also started teaching someone named Jeremiah. He seemed super interested, and even came to church. Dear Brother and Sister Wilhelmsen,    I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service of your son.  As you must surely feel from his letters, he is doing well.  I am impressed with his goodness and strength.  This letter is to inform you that Elder Wilhelmsen has just been assigned as a trainer.  I have every confidence that he will be a great trainer.  There is no position in the mission more important than trainer.  The future of the mission depends upon the work the trainers do.  It is a difficult and challenging assignment, as trainers must do most of the talking and teaching.  They have a great responsibility for the development of their new companions.  This assignment says a great deal about your son's abilities and talents and the personal respect and admiration I feel for him.    Your son has shown great talent and ability in sharing the gospel. Hey Everyone,     This was another great week. It got up to almost 108⁰ this week!     This week we started teaching someone named Gabby. She is so ready for the Gospel! We had only one lesson with her, and then she texted us the next day and she said she was giving the Eulogy at her Uncles funeral. She asked if we could send her Scriptures from the Book of Mormon to share with her family in her speech. She's so awesome!     We had some of the coolest miracles I've seen on my mission this week, it truly is a great day to be a missionary!      We also had a zoom call with Elder and Sister Lythgoe yesterday. Elder Lythgoe is a member of the Quorum of the seventy. It was awesome, and they gave us some great things to think about for missionary work.      I heard a really cool quote the other day from Deiter F Utchdor.
