108 Degrees

Hey Everyone,

 

 

This was another great week. It got up to almost 108⁰ this week!

 

 

This week we started teaching someone named Gabby. She is so ready for the Gospel! We had only one lesson with her, and then she texted us the next day and she said she was giving the Eulogy at her Uncles funeral. She asked if we could send her Scriptures from the Book of Mormon to share with her family in her speech. She's so awesome!

 

 

We had some of the coolest miracles I've seen on my mission this week, it truly is a great day to be a missionary! 

 

 

We also had a zoom call with Elder and Sister Lythgoe yesterday. Elder Lythgoe is a member of the Quorum of the seventy. It was awesome, and they gave us some great things to think about for missionary work. 

 

 

I heard a really cool quote the other day from Deiter F Utchdor. It says, 

 

 

"We should always be sharing the gospel.... and then if necessary, use words."

 

 

Think about that. It all goes back to 1 Timothy 4:12 in the New Testament

 

 

"12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."

 

 

The best way to share the gospel is to live, and love it. As you strive to emulate our Savior, people will notice.
