I have every confidence that he will be a great trainer.    There is no position in the mission more important than being a trainer.  The future of the mission depends upon the work the trainers do.  It is a difficult and challenging assignment, as trainers must do most of the talking and teaching.  They have a great responsibility for the development of their new companions. Hey everyone,      Email is coming a day late today, because it's transfers this week. Kind of short email, because we are very busy right now. I found out that I am going to be flip training. If you don't know what that is, it means that these first two transfers I have been in training, which ends on Wednesday, and then starting Wednesday I will be training someone brand new from the MTC. I am super excited. I know that It is going to be super hard, but I will grow so much.    We are doing super well with Facebook now, and we found 2 people last week on Facebook, with hopefully more to follow.   This week was Christmas and it was so much fun, although the thought of food sounds nasty now. Hey everybody,      So my companion went home on Friday, so I am now in a Trio with Elder Stoker and Elder Nielson. When we were down in Phoenix we went to a Mexican food place called Waldos. It was the best Mexican food I have ever had. It's weird having 3 people in the companionship but it has been fun.     The other day we went over to visit a member, and their daughter was working on a puzzle. We asked how many pieces it was, to which she calmly responded 53,000 pieces. You heard me right, 53,000 pieces, one of the largest in the world. She has to do it in Segments, and to put it all together she has to put it on the floor of the gym in the stake center! So naturally, we picked up our jaws that seemed cemented to the floor, and continued our visit. We couldn't believe it. Hey everybody,      This week has been amazing. It started with zone conference this week which was amazing! While I was there I got a package and accidentally opened one of my Christmas presents. I'm glad I did tho, because I had a big bag coming out, and I only sometimes need a big bag. I asked for a Fanny pack that I could use as a shoulder bag and it is fantastic. I put a picture below of the size difference.     Super cool thing that happened this week was one of the people we found on Facebook but needed to be referred. He lost his job 7 months ago because of covid. He hasn't had any luck finding a job. We talked to him on the phone and invited him to pray to his heavenly father. A week later we called to check up on him to let him know the elders in his area were going to reach out and start teaching him, and he said, "I just want you guys to know that I prayed this week, and a few days ago a company called that I didn't even apply at, and offered me a jo...
