The Nissan Note

Hey Everyone, this week was really good! 

We have done a lot of street contacting this week, and you meet the most interesting people. One such occasion we were talking to a really nice guy on high street, and then out of nowhere a guy came up and asked if he could ask us a question. We knew exactly what that meant, since almost everyone here hates us and doesn't believe in God, so no one ever approaches us. he proceeded to bash us for 15 minutes without allowing us to speak. At one point, I just looked him in the eye and said, "Thank you so much for letting us know, we hope you have a great day". About 3 minutes later, another guy came up asking if he could heal us, and said if we touched his hand we would feel the Holy Ghost. We politely declined Crazy stuff, but it was so funny!

The Sisters that live near us, their car got messed up, so the President told them, "Switch with the Elders, let them go get it fixed." So this week we spent some time driving to Cardiff to drop it off. At the Car garage They gave us a courtesy car to drive the next few days. We got the keys and went and got in, only to realize they mostly drive Stick shift over here, luckily, they had an Automatic. We have been driving around a small light blue Nissan note instead of the i30.

On Saturday night, we were out tracting in the rain. There was a lady walking down the street that we felt prompted to talk to. We just turned around and started talking. She has family that are members and was interested. It was getting super dark and cold and rainy, and so she said halfway through, "I'm interested in learning more, but I am so cold and wet and still need to walk home." We offered to walk her home since it was dark, and we taught the whole restoration on the way there. She was so grateful.

Lastly, our friend Josh is getting ready for Baptism. He is so sensitive to the spirit and his faith is so strong. He truly hears the Lord's voice. He's also become one of my good mates, I can't wait to visit him some time after the mission.

Anyway, it's been another great week!
