Office Elder

Dear Brother and Sister Wilhelmsen,

Elder Cody Wilhelmsen has recently been called to serve as an Office Elder in the England Birmingham Mission. As an Office Elder, he will be responsible for:

-Arranging mission travel for transfers and meetings

-Mission meetings

        -Setting up audio and visual equipment

        -Preparing presentation materials

        -Arranging for and delivering food for the meetings

-Managing technology in the mission (phones, wifi routers, software and information)

        -Resolve technology concerns and issues

-Managing mission referrals and reports

-Social Media:

        -Create, gather and manage ads

        -Support mission social media specialists

        -Update and edit mission pages on social media

-Update changes in the Missionary Portal

-Order mission supplies

-Missionary flats

        -Moving furniture

        -Assist in moves

        -Support the Mission Housing Coordinator

He has our trust that he will be and example for the missionaries though the study of the scriptures and Preach My Gospel, and through obedience and hard work. Elder Wilhelmsen is an excellent missionary and we will rely on his technical abilities and love of the Saviour to accomplish this most important work in this beautiful part of the Lord's vineyard.
