CYMUR

Hey Everyone, this has been such a crazy week!

So Wednesday Morning we woke up and went to the mission office at 6:15 in the morning so we could get to the Airport on time. I ran into Elder Myers who I actually went to High School with and we had the same flight. While we were sitting waiting for the plane, a guy came and sat down next to us. He had headphones in, but I started talking to him and he took them out. Ended up giving him a Book of Mormon and he gave me his phone number and Facebook profile so I could get him in touch with missionaries where he lives! It was so cool.

We then met up with other missionaries at our layover and then had a 7ish hour flight to London. The Seats were so close together, and my legs are so long that I couldn't move at all during the whole time, so I didn't get any sleep. Once we got to England we went to Customs and then got our Luggage and found our group. We had a 2 hour Bus ride to Bristol where the mission office is. We hung out at the church and had lunch and dinner while the President interviewed all of the new missionaries. They let us go back to a hotel at 7pm to get some sleep. 

My new Companion is Elder Aresgado, from the Philippines. He is now on his last transfer, and he is pretty fun. My first Area is in Wales(Cymru) which is pretty sweet. Apparently if you accidentally mistake someone here for someone from England, you will get destroyed. The culture here is pretty different. It is weird when things are written in English and also Welsh.

Honestly this week has been wild, because the Flat we live in had absolutely nothing in it when we moved in, so that made things interesting. We finally got a fridge this morning, so we hadn't been able to use one until now.

Saturday we met someone who bashed with us about how God is an Alien, it was so funny!

Things are going well here, just learning all of the things to say and not say hahaha
