Goodbyes To The Mission President And His Wife

Well, it is with a sad heart that I said goodbye to your son today (we have interviews the next two weeks and I might but see him again before he gets on the plane). 

We had him over for dinner and I made the dish you make that he loves-your Italian cream cheese crockpot chicken. It was so delicious and all the missionaries loved it! I took a picture of him with it. 

I just have to gush about your son (because who better to gush than to you, right?). He is not only an amazing missionary, but his gentle kindness and cute personality really make him remarkable. Whenever Brik and I are at stake conferences, or other wards, or around the senior couples, or other missionaries, your son's name comes up often. He is well loved and well respected. 

I have no doubt he will be a fabulous missionary in England and that he will love it there, but I will miss him horribly though! 

Thank you for raising such a fine young man and for sharing him with us. I look forward to seeing all the wonderful things he does with his life.
